ORDERS

How do I know what size to order?

All our t-shirts are UNISEX, so our recommendation for women: if you want it to be your usual size, choose one size smaller than your normal size.

I want to change or cancel my order, is that possible?

As long as it has not been shipped, your order can be cancelled within 24h. Please send us an email to  with your order number in case you want to cancel it. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to it. This includes changing sizes, items, cancelling, or changing the shipping address. Please check that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are both correct before ordering.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address, please send an email . If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will be able to change. In case it has already been shipped, you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address so that they can redirect your package.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

I cannot find my country when checking out?

We are currently only shipping  to Spain and France.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact.

To make a return, please email us at . 

If you want to exchange your item size, you will need to return your product and email us the new size, Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the new one. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense. 

Can I exchange my order/size?

Yes, you can exchange your item for any size (if available in stock) sending us an email and we will send you the new one. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense. 

How much does a return cost?

We do not offer free returns for size exchanges, the cost of the return will be in charge of the client. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item.

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in the Basque Country, Spain.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We work in pre-order, this means your order is currently being produced. It normally takes 5-7 working days for us to produce it and 7-10 working days to send it to you. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs

* 5,9€ on orders under 90€.

* Free shipping on orders above 90€.

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
