ORDERS

How do I know what size to order?

 

All our t-shirts are UNISEX, so little recommendation for women: if you want it to be your usual size, take one size less.

 

 

 

I want to change or cancel my order, is that possible?

 

If your order has not yet synced with our warehouse, we can try to cancel it. Please send us an email right away to  to check if this is possible. Please note that if your order has already synced with our warehouse, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to it. This includes changing sizes, items, cancelling, or changing the shipping address. Please check that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are both correct before ordering.

 

 

 

Can I change my shipping address?

 

Please email  right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.

 

 

 

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

 

I cannot find my country when checking out?

We are currently only shipping  to France and Spain.

 

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact.

Once you told us the new size, we need to let them know that they will need to take care of the shipping costs (we don’t pay shipping costs for the return of products). And after receiving the product and see it is in good condition, we will send back the new size.

 

Can I exchange my order/size?

Yes, you can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge (we don’t pay shipping costs for the return of products), just send us and email at 

 

How much does a return cost?

We do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will have to be handled by the client. 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item.

 

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

 We ship from our warehouse in the Basque Country, Spain.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

we work in pre-order, this means your order is currently being produced. It normally takes 5-7 working days* for us to produce it and 7-10 working days to send it to you. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs in Spain:

* 5.5€ for orders under 59€.

* 7€ for orders between 60-89€.

* Free shipping for orders over 90€.

 

Shipping costs in France:

* 7€ for orders under 59€.

* 10€ for orders between 60-89€.

* Free shipping for orders over 90€.
