Dispatch and delivery
To ensure a speedy and punctual delivery of orders to our customers, we are associated with the best express transport services available. At the moment we are working with La Poste (France) and Correos (Spain).
Order process: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Delivery of Orders: Orders for France will arrive within approximately 5-7 working days. In general, orders for Spain will arrive within approximately 10 working days of having been dispatched to the transport company. Orders for the rest of the world will be delivered within approximately 15 working days (excluding possible delays at Customs).
Please note that we work in pre-order, this means your order is currently being produced. It normally takes 7 wording days for us to produce it and send it to you.
Countries and costs
Spain (Península and Balearic Islands): 5€ for orders behind 59€, 7€ for orders from 60€ to 89€, 9€ for orders above 90€.
France: 6€ for orders behind 59€, 8€ for orders from 60€ to 89€, 10€ for orders above 90€.
Rest of the world: 8€ for orders behind 59€, 10€ for orders from 60€ to 89€, 12€ for orders above 90€.
-Other countries: you can find out our shipping cost for any item by adding the item to the cart and then press "check out". Fill in shipping information (just fill in the country) and we will show you shipping methods provided and related costs.
Taxes and International Customs Laws
a. Within the European Union: Taxes or duties do not apply for orders delivered within the European Union. Customers will not be required to pay additional duty to receive their order.
b. Outside of the European Union: Orders destined for outside the European Union are exempt from French taxes. However, the destination country has the right to impose taxes or duties, and this cost will be determined upon arrival of the package in the destination country.
c. Deliveries to the United States: Deliveries made to the United States are also subject to taxes and duties. The proprietor of the package is responsible for the payment of said taxes. Customs will also require the proprietor of the package to provide a security number or importation number for non-American citizens – a number assigned by citizen border protection.
d. Customs Rulings: the consumer bears the responsibility to ensure that the package is adequate for customs and contains all the required information or with pertinent duty payments completed. If the package does not pass border control, it will be returned to the warehouse.
Our Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, because the item is defective, you have a period of fifteen days to return the item, counting from the day that you received it. We don't offer refunds on returned articles for problems of size and others.
We do offer refunds on returned articles when the item is defective, and we also offer exchanges for another size.
Below you will find detailed instructions on how to return a product:
- If you wish to return or to be reimbursed for a defective product, please return the item and we will send you a new item of the same model or we will refund you the order value.
- If you want to exchange the size of a product, you need to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to send us back the product you want to exchange (please note that we don't take care of return shipping costs). Once we have received it, we will send you a code with the order value and you will be able to use it on our website, to make another order with the right size(s).
It is not possible to exchange one item for another different one.
Please remember that all returned items should be in an unused state and in the very same condition as that in which they were originally sent out to you.
Return of erroneus or blemished products
We do not usually get it wrong, but if by some chance you just might have been sent the wrong item, please do not worry, we will replace the erroneous item for the one you had originally ordered from us without any additional cost to you.
Should you consider the item to be defective in any way, shows any kind of blemish or imperfection, we will refund the money or substitute the item for another one as soon as possible, always within 30 days of our confirming that the item will be replaced or refunded due to its having some kind of imperfection.
How to return a product erroneus or blemished product?
A. Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and France:
1. Send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and the items to be returned. If you feel that the item is defective in any way or if you have received an erroneous product, please indicate the error clearly in the e-mail attaching pictures of the damaged product.
2. Prepare the parcel. Please place the item in its original box.
3. Please send us the parcel through the transport company of your choice and send it to our address:

4. As soon as the item has been returned to us, you will be reimbursed by the very same method of payment as you used to purchase the product. Please bear in mind that the reimbursement could take a couple of days to enter your credit card or PayPal account.
No charge will be made to you if you wish to return any damaged item or products. We take on full costs in these transactions
B. Outside of Spain and France:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the items that are being returned. We will then respond to your e-mail with instructions on how to return the items to us.
